Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want to make sure that you are happy with every purchase. To ensure this, we offer a 30-day return policy. 

RETURNS 

PLEASE NOTE: We only offer store credit for returns. We will not issue a refund to your credit card.
If you want to return an item, please send an email to support@shoplilyrose.co and we will provide you with the return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with your digital gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in it's original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back without first emailing to confirm return.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

EXCHANGES 

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit. If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue you a store credit.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs so we encourage you to choose your items carefully.   

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your exchange may vary. Please give us up to 14 days to receive.
